I emphasized that it is important we pay keen attention to major important parts of our body. Some of these include the liver, kidney, and heart. They are really fragile though tough looking at the functions they perform for us. They hold our life and so we must always put them in their rightful state. The first point was to avoid or reduce the intake of aerated drinks such as soda and cola. These are drinks we found ourselves often consuming and it’s of no regret because they taste good somehow and they are cheap too. However, high consumption can lead to liver complications in that it can lead to weight can or obesity in people. Secondly, I highlighted on fatty foods consumption and its risk to our body system. Fatty foods and junk foods are associated with Europeans and especially Americans. When it comes to fast food consumption, the USA is the leading country and so according to books they are very fat and unhealthy due to their habit. Wow, it seems I tend to explain my points better instead of providing you with a brief introduction. Well, it’s all good as this website is meant to serve that purpose. Hence, kindly reduce the intake of fatty foods such as pizzas and burgers (your favorite) to help keep our liver healthy.

Finally, I spoke of reducing the intake of salty foods. The majority ignores the destruction capability of salt. Indeed, addition of salt makes our foods taste great and for any other useful purpose it can serve but its intake has to be managed. Most canned foods are being processed successfully with the help of salt but it is the same thing that can be detrimental and brings complications. Our lives must be important to us and we should make it a habit to do whatever it will take to stay healthy all the time. This was just by the way though.

What I have stored for you in this article is how to live a happy life and I have bulleted three important points that you may need to consider to live a happy life. Living such a life is devoid of richness and so if it is part of your mentality, then I have put you wrong. As written in Matthew 22:37-39 and I quote “Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself”. Well, this is the Bible aspect telling you and me to love our neighbor. As human beings, our common sense should also tell us to friendly to the people around us. As humans, you don’t associate yourself with animals but with another human fellows. Practice the habit of giving to the needy and forgo the habit of provocations. These can guarantee your happiness on this earth.

Secondly, eat healthy foods:

We are responsible to eat healthy foods in order to stay happy in life live. Do not save your last penny while your soul thirst for a particular food. Quality food is not only found in restaurants or any other big places you may think of. In your own cubicle and with the right foodstuffs at your disposal, you can proudly prepare a nutritious meal and you will be happy in life.

Try and find a partner when you are of age or qualified to do so and you shall obtain favor from the Lord.

 

Finally, be content with what you have:

One big secret in life for success is when you are content with what you have. I have to explain this point well and you also have to take key note of it. live is a struggle and you may have to fight for and only for that which is necessary. Do not be comfortable at a particular. You need to move and learn from any actions and decisions you may be faced with. Hence, to be content with what you have does not mean being immovable even when things go are not going well or when things are going on well.
