This boils down to asking the following question. Do you own a job? Do you have trustworthy workers or employees in your arena and do you aim to improve sales or production? If these questions are necessary for you, then you are at the right place. How can we make someone or probably an employee work as we desire whether in our presence or not? I will be talking based on experience in my position on this subject.
I do own a small business and I happen to have someone who takes care of it though I also work somewhere and it has been virtuous of late. Truth be told it wasn’t easy when I started but gradually I have made headway. How I manage to reach the success point is what I am here to share with you. Having said this, here is a lesson base website and so I urge you to bring up your idea whenever necessary. Let me give you a small bid before you start your business. You need to always look forward to identifying what others have stated and that which is stable in that area you would like to establish. This is because it can go well for you if it is going well for them. The owner spotted the wrong place for the type of business and unfortunately, we weren’t in a good position to inform her about where she has cited for the business. This can distract your mood and can have a mental impact on you as you continue to compare yourself with highly edited images. You can therefore be happy when you stay off. Also, I emphasized on financial freedom. Money can buy you happiness just as it can get you your favorite car for instance. Let’s now look at
the six (6) ways we can cause someone to work for us effectively.
Show clear direction
It is very
necessary to show the way as a leader or owner of a business. See the employee
as your child that you are bringing up at home. You train him or her right? So
be circumspective to train your employee also on the path that will enhance your
business growth by showing clear directions.
Project the future
Project is needed
everywhere. It can be likened to your aim and aspiration. What do you want to
achieve or gain in the near future? Do not keep the unforeseen future all by
yourself and keep your worker in the dark. Show him or her the plans so that he
or she put in all possible best in order to rich the destination. If you are
afraid of job security, there are still ways to play nice to let him understand
where you would like to reach in days, months or years to come.
Show appreciation
This is something
you cannot go scot-free if you really want your employee to work assiduously. Some
owners are too stingy that they don’t give incentives to their employees just
because they pay them. Yes, it’s good to pay and to pay on time but showing
petty appreciation can boost your employee’s morale to perform better because
it will put a smile on his or her face.
Scorn when appropriate
It is equally
acceptable to chastise when things are not done appropriately. Here, you must
be observant as the owner of a business and make sure things are done the way you
expect. Some people are good at rendering businesses useless. If you don’t
stand firm and be watchful, your business can collapse in no time. Scorning
your employee a little and not continuously can help them to be smart in the
tasks they do.
Allow for break
“All work and no
play makes Jack a dull boy”. Research shows that France has more off days than
most countries and the US has approximately zero off days which is really bad.
All employees deserve to have enough breaks. It can be scheduled if necessary
to enable the business to still run.
Go out with workers
Finally, you can schedule a time for an
excursion with your employees. Let them feel you have passed through their
stage before. When you do this, they can
relate more with you and trust me, your business will boom! Unfortunately, I hardly
see many from most owners.
