It is currently my entertainment website but I have switched it to “www.talksbase.com” I just spoke about. I have a great passion to produce content that will help others in all aspects of my domain and that is why I have segmented my websites or blog so that each will serve a particular purpose.

With that said, let’s get to the main purpose of today’s topic. This is a continuation of my previous article www.talksbase.com. I discussed a lot of topics regarding our lifestyle as human beings. We need to be very cautious and vigilant in whatever action and decision we choose or make. Our end results are basically not far from how the computer operates in the sense that the information or what you will feed it with is what it will give to you as a processed result. Hence we say, “Garbage In Garbage Out”. So in a nutshell from the previous topic, we were looking at foods that are bad for the liver that we may not be aware of.  The first one I wrote about is the high consumption of red meat. Well, I don’t know how many of us out there love red meats. To be frank it tastes good if well prepared but it is also not all that good for our liver. Although it contains high protein nutritional value, breaking its components down by the liver is not an easy task and can lead to fatty liver diseases. Don’t forget our liver is the largest internal organ in the body and performs over five hundred (500) functions including digestion and metabolism to mention a few. Therefore, to avoid liver complications, we need to reduce the intake of red meats such as beef, pork and lamb. The name “RED” is associated with the meat because they appear red when raw.

In addition, I wrote about Bread. The love of bread and anything made of flour is accepted by many across the globe. Although it is most prevalent in places such as Germany, Turkey, and the US, the love of bread is inevitable. Now, listen to your problem for consuming more bread. Funny right? First of all, you should know that bread lacks minerals, fibre and other essential vitamins. Its content is relatively hard to process by the liver and therefore results in fat in the liver. Alternatively, highly refined grains also convert into sugar content which is not good for our system. It is therefore important to reframe its excess consumption. Finally, I spoke of excess consumption of alcohol. Guys will love to drink at any least chance given when addicted to that particular alcoholic drink. I emphasized that, the most obvious reason some are very much addicted to alcoholic intake is due to their nature of weather but yet still it is very necessary to manage it to avoid unnecessary suffering and complications in the near future. Have you ever asked yourself what happens due to excessive alcoholic intake? lingering alcohol consumption block nutrient absorption and can also damage liver cells in the process of breaking its component down. Excess of it can also lead to liver cirrhosis that can further develop complications like vomiting and jaundice. Let’s desist from it to save us from unforeseen calamity.

In continuation, we are going to look at three additional things we need to be careful of in order to keep our liver safe.

Avoid aerated drinks such as soda and cola:

These stuffs indeed have several health benefits but is also necessary to consume a small of aerated drinks occasionally as it regular consumption is a threat to our body system. High consumption can lead to liver complications in that it can cause weight gain or obesity in people and can affect the liver due to fat accumulation.

Reduce the intake of fatty foods:

Fatty foods such as pizzas (your favorite), Burgers, French fries and many others out there with time can lead to inflammation of the liver. They are highly saturated fats which can lead to liver cirrhosis and this makes it harder for the liver to perform its job on a daily basis. In addition, it gradually injects bad cholesterol into our body system and reduces good cholesterol.

Finally, manage a large intake of foods rich in salt:

“Salt” has never been easy on our liver. They are entities that do not click with each other. High consumption of foods rich in salt can bring tough complications to the liver. Now, we can attest to the fact that canned foods such as packaged chips, and salty biscuits have come to stay with us as we continue to opt for the easiest ways to have things done. It can lead to fatty liver diseases and obesity and so reduce your intake for your own good and drink a lot of water every day.
